  • RSS Feeds Not Parsing HTML

I run RSS feeds on my 3.7.4 forum and they work out great. I setup RSS feeds today on my 3.7.5 forum and when my feedburner posts based on RSS feeds, the html is not properly parsing to BB code. Ive checked permissions for the user group as well as permissions for the forum for BB code/html, etc.

Any idea what could be wrong? Should i set my Feed account to an admin?

Can you provide more information about what you mean please. Also, do you have the Convert HTML to BBCode setting for the feed set to Yes or No?

Yes i have it setup exactly the same as my other forum. HTML code isnt getting parsed to BB code.. It just looks like a bunch of junk on the screen:

        Code:
pFiled under: a href="http://www.autoblog.com/category/toys/" rel="tag"Toys/a/pa href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/need-for-speed-shift/1406290/"img vspace="4" hspace="4" border="1" alt="" src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2009/03/shift_brandrelease_jan23_opt.jpg" //abr / div align="center"emstrongsmallNeed for Speed SHIFT - Click above for image gallery/small/strong/embr //div br /Any day of the week between 10 PM and 12 AM EST, you can probably find me on Xbox Live playing emGRiD/em (FYI... my gamer tag is simply Autoblog), and Autoblog Executive Editor Chris Paukert often jumps in for the fun as well. We love this driving game from Codemasters for its balance of accuracy and arcade-style fun. emGRiD/em, however, may have some new competition from a franchise we thought, based on its recent spate of titles, was on its way out. As we reported last month, the emNeed for Speed/em franchise is being a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/02/02/need-for-speed-franchise-splitting-into-trio/"split into a trio of games/a: one for the consoles called emNeed for Speed SHIFT/em, a free one for PCs called emNeed for Speed World Online/em and a Wii-exclusive version called emNeed for Speed: Nitro/em. br /br /Joystiq recently had time to a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/03/04/joystiq-hands-on-need-for-speed-shift/"play an early version/a of emNeed for Speed SHIFT/em and came away mighty impressed. "The game is 95% pure racing simulation, with a bit of arcade feel thrown in," is how they described it. What may set NFS Shift apart from similar games like emGRiD/em and the emProject Gotham Racing/em series is its interior view. Developers specifically designed the game to be played using the interior view, though other outside-the-car views are available. As such you get things like reflections of the driver in the side windows and - get this - the driver actually clutches the wheel harder during tricky maneuvers. There's also an effect at high speeds that blurs the screen so all your focus is on the track. br /br /Joystiq only got to play two tracks using a Pagani Zonda and we're still in the dark about which tracks will be featured in the game and what the list of playable vehicles will be, but the early word is that Paukert and I may be playing a new game on Xbox Live very soon.br /br /br /div class="postgallery"pstrongGallery: a href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/need-for-speed-shift/"Need for Speed SHIFT/a/strong/pa href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/need-for-speed-shift/1406290/"img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2009/03/nfs-shift-zonda_1-342009-1_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" //aa href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/need-for-speed-shift/1406289/"img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2009/03/nfs-shift-porsche_6-342009-8_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" //aa href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/need-for-speed-shift/1406288/"img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2009/03/nfs-shift-porsche_4-342009-4_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" //aa href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/need-for-speed-shift/1406287/"img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2009/03/nfs-shift-porsche_3-342009-5_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" //aa href="http://www.joystiq.com/photos/need-for-speed-shift/1406286/"img src="http://www.blogcdn.com/www.joystiq.com/media/2009/03/nfs-shift-porsche_2-342009-7_thumbnail.jpg" alt="" title="" //a/divbr /[Source: a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2009/03/04/joystiq-hands-on-need-for-speed-shift/"Joystiq/a]p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2009/03/06/next-grid-joystiq-gets-hands-on-with-need-for-speed-shift/"Next GRiD?
