User Registration Problem!

I am requiring that all users verify their email address before they can post. THis has really helped with the spam. A few days ago it was working fine and the links were working. All of a sudden, its not working. I tried a test and when you click on the activation link in your email you get this message on the page - "No input file specified."

Any idea why this is happening? Please help!

Also, Im now getting the exact same message when you click on the "Forgot password" option. Members are not able to access their lost passwords. Help!
