Avatar Help

Ive pretty much tried everything to enable members to customize their avatars. Nothing is working.

Ive gone to User Picture Options and enabled avatars. Is there somewhere else I need to enable???

Please help!

Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Can Upload Custom Avatars -> Yes
