  • White page after submitting larger posts/threads

Wondered if anyone could shed some light on this issue.

When posting fairly large replies/threads i get redirected to a blank page.

On smaller posts of a a paragraph everything works fine.

I have also noticed this happens when editing templates in the admincp. If i just make small changes every submits fine.

But if i copy/paste an entire template then hit submit i dont get the redirect.

This is with a clean install of vbulletin, i suspect it may be a server config issue but any help would be great!

    Thanks!

I've since fixed the white post issues on the forum, but the admincp template issues are still affected.

It isn't a white pages as such either...

When i've edited a fairly large template and i submit the changes, none of the changes are saved.

This only happens with large templates, small templates are submitted and saved perfectly.

Run this and report back the results:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Problematic Webserver Modules

          Suhosin
          Module Loaded = No

          mod_security
          AJAX Unicode Issue = No

Those are the only two results after running the test.

Strange. Fill out a support ticket at:

            http://members.vbulletin.com/members...ontactform.php

Please include a complete description of the problem and be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP in the 'Sensitive Data' field.
