(FIXED) RSS Poster problem (syntax error)

When I try adding a new RSS poster, it gives me this error when I try to preview or "run scheduled task"

"Yahoo World News XML Error: syntax error at line 3"

EDIT: Solved

For those of you having this problem the cause is that the rss feed you selected is not a compatible or appropriate feed.

i create and rss feeds in my vbulletin 5.4 but when i click on "Run Scheduled Task Now" i got bellow error :
