Forum not sending password

I have a problem, I have had quite a few members emailing me saying that they forgot their password so they used the forgotten password link - but they then say they didn't get an email from the forum to reset the password.

So I tested the feature myself with a couple of my accounts and I don't get the forgotten password email either... any help much appreciated.
