but plz howe shuld I do I dont have enny ssh acces to the new host

I have backup my database from my forum in the admin section
shuld I install from scartch and then import the database ?

I have installed my vb to my server and nowe I going to move to other server.
HOwe shuld I do whit this so I can take my database to the other server ?
