  • Editor change via mysql?

    Hello.

    I have a question.
When I change my editor to the WYSIWYG editor, where is this option stored in the database?
I want to change all my users' editor via a mysql command.

    Edit - found it:
The table is vb_user, the field name is "showvbcode", the WYSIWYG editor value is 2.

    Code:
    update `vb_user` set showvbcode = replace(showvbcode,'0','2')

Please use the built in tools and don't go manually edit the database. This is not something we can provide support for.

admincp > maintenance > execute sql query > yes - wysiwyg -enhanced editor-

This will force it to all users.

Then go to the Admin Control Panel > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > User registration > and set it be the default.
