It has threadid, postid, type and dateline. There are no records in the table.

    I followed the upgrade steps:

    1. shut down my forum
    2. Uploaded the files except for install.php
    3. ran upgrade.php and made sure all the steps showed 'ok' before going to the next one.

That error means you missed one or more upgrade steps. Please look at the moderation table in the database and tell me what fields it has.

OK, I have gotten this error:

    ============================================

Here is what I have done:
    1. Verified and re-verified that I have uploaded all VB files from the 'upload' directory of a fresh download of 3.7.3 Patch Level 1 from vbulletin.com. Despite this, both my main directory and my cpadds (modcp) directory show outdated files, the main directory showing 3.7.1 and modcp showing 3.6.8. I've re-uploaded these files from the unzipped production package several times, and no change.

    2. Run upgrade.php, verifying that it shows 3.7.3 in the upper right hand corner. All steps ran fine, no errors.

    3. Disabled all add-ons.

    4. Double-checked my config.php to ensure that the admincp and modcp names were correct (they are).

    5. Cleared cookies & closed browser.

I reopened the browser, and still showing the error.

    Thanks for any insights,

No you didn't, or at least you didn't upload all the 3.7.3 files and run the upgrade process to the end.

You need to upload all the 3.7.3 files and run 'install/upgrade.php'. You need to make sure that version 3.7.3 is showing in the upper right hand corner of the page. If it's not, then you have not uploaded all the vB 3.7.3 files.

Did you run the install/upgrade.php script successfully with no errors?

    A database problem 3.7.xxx upgrade...

Just applied the upgrade yesterday, but it might have been after the time stamp on the below emails. 14+ database error emails this morning, all time stamped as sent at 1:31 AM.

Any ideas on what I missed, whether I need to do something or even whether they'll continue?
