Increasing Character Limit in Profile Fields

I know this should be a simple, but I can't seem to find it. How do I increase the maximum number of characters for profile fields? Most of my users' information has been cut off.

Admin CP -> User Profile Fields -> User Profile Field Manager -> Edit -> Max length of allowed user input and Field Length
