Just a couple template edits that i require help with!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to view this thread!

If i have posted this in the wrong section i would like to apologize in advance!

Ok the reason i am posting here is because i get no response on vbulletin.org!

I am looking to edit the default vbulletin theme.

I have been searching on and off for days to find out how i can remove the category bar and the latest post table in the forum.

I would like to remove both things that are highlighted in red but i don't know where to look.

If some one could point me in the right direction it would be very much appreciated!

This guide is for something else, but it points out the relevant templates and code to remove the Last Post column:

When removing a column from a table sometimes you need to make colspan adjustments elsewhere. This requires some HTML ability on your part.

To remove that category bar you would go to your Forum Manager and move the child forums out of the category. Then delete the category. Or you can empty the contents of this template:

Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> « » -> Forum Home Templates -> forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost
