  • Adding text to the browser on upper left

    Hello,

As you look above on the upper left of your web browser when you go to vbulletin.com, it says "vBulletin Community Forum - Powered by vBulletin." This seems to be controlled by Forum Name section in your ACP. The problem is if you want to put a tagline, like how "Powered by vBulletin" it results in it showing your navbar. How can you put something in this section without it showing up in your navbar? I am assuming you have to do it in one of the templates but I could not figure out how to do it (in the header template possibly?).

    Thanks,

    Marcos

    Edit the phrase:

Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Search in Phrases

Search for "powered by". Edit the x_powered_by_vbulletin phrase.

Thanks for the reply. Tthat phrase is not showing up...could it be because I have a branding free? If so, what can be done?

In that case try search for "x_powered_by_vbulletin" in the Phrase Variable Name Only.
