Forum Rules - A Link?

I am missing the obvious I'm sure, but is there a direct link somewhere in the forums where someone can review the forum rules?

I see them upon registering, but would like to have a link to post as we made changes and I want to allow users to review them without pasting them into a thread.

Here's an alternative way you can do this. In the AdminCP under vBulletin Options, go to the User Registration portion of it, and it'll send a PM to new members automatically.
