Zero Sized Reply

A user is receiving the following error when trying to post a reply:

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.techsupportteam.org/forum/newreply.php

The following error was encountered:

* Zero Sized Reply

Squid did not receive any data for this request.

Any ideas? He has also tried from a different PC and the same error. Also gets the error when sending a PM.

A proxy server. And in this case a poorly configured one too.

How did you manage to fix this problem? I'm getting the exact same problem now, and I don't know how to fix it
