Graphics are.. messed..

What is this? http://www.simpsonsff.com/

Visit that link and look at the skin. It's a completely fresh install, I installed twice, all files are uploading. Used tools.php; rewrote everything.

Any suggestions?

That is because you are uploading the image files as ASCII instead of Binary. You need to set your FTP program to upload image files in Binary format.
