I was using 3.7 without issue. After I upgraded to 3.72, I started receiving a "duplicate post" message. However, the post goes through and there IS NO duplicate message.
Yes, it's probably something to do with one of the few plugins I added that worked fine with 3.7.. I have to say, however - that this plugin system seems like more effort than it's worth. One of the reasons I use vBulletin over other systems is the ease of modifications.. However, this is beginning to leave a sour taste in my mouth. The software feels like a high-end luxury car with a lot of technical gremlins.
There are so many issues with security token errors, duplicate posts and whatever else I haven't run into yet. I would like to suggest that Jelsoft becomes more involved with plugins and offer some type of way to "approve" plugins so that they work with the system rather than break it.
I do understand that we cannot expect ALL plugins to be approved. However, it would be nice if some of the more popular ones would be. It would obviously save thousands of people a whole lot of time - including administrators and Jelsoft employees answering questions...
