Password protected forum needs check box and terms.

I have added a separate forum with additional password for my file uploads.

I would like add my own upload terms and a check box, (I Agree to Terms) similar to the new user register page in vbulletin, that user must check before entering this forum.

Can vBulletin do this and if so how?

Sorry, there is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.
