  • SQL Errors

All of a sudden I'm getting SQL errors in PM's and I think in the user galleries. Nothing changed on the site.

    Code:

OS error code 13: Permission denied

This is a server issue. It cannot write to the /var/lib/mysql directory. You need to contact your host about this.

Do you have Booyah! by chance?

        What's that?

It looks like it's affecting user cp and PM's.

Booyah is a hosting company. Your response would most likely indicate that you do not use Booyah.

I'm at DotEasy. Not a bad host but not that great either. I'm thinking HostGator may be better.

Turns out they migrated me to another server and didn't tell me. Now we have SQL issues.

I have been pretty happy with Booyah! so far. The owner is the best when it comes to customer service. I had db errors earlier today and he fixed it, no problem. I switched to Booyah! from siteground (who were terrible for vb hosting).

I hope you find a solution soon! I know it can be irritating.
