private section

Hey

I have a private section for moderators... They can see it, np.
But, I have a couple of users who moderate some sections on my forum but I didnt change their usergroup to moderator. Are they still seeing the section? I dont want that. If they can see the section how can I remove their permission? I think the only option is to make another usergroup right? (But they can be seen at forum leaders).

Moderator abilities are separate from forum permissions. If the user's usergroups don't have access to that forum in this section then they can't access it:

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Permissions

To be sure you can create a test user with the same group memberships and login as the test user.
