Changing host names

Don't know if this is right section but I want to switch my host accounts around and don't want vbulletin to think that I'm making a nulled website can I do this and how do I make sure everything is set.

Note: The only reliable method of backing up and restoring a database is with shell access via telnet or ssh. This is because backing up with a PHP script like that in the Admin CP or phpMyAdmin can result in PHP timeouts errors and an incomplete backup file. Please see the instructions here:

Thanks and sorry about that I just really wanted to know due to me knowing that you guys are shutting down nulls and I didn't want that to happen to me when I an't really a null
