Show Other Users' Custom Profile Styles

For my users that I imported through Impex, all have their Show Other Users' Custom Profile Styles defaulty set to "No". I can't even find a spot in User CP to edit this themselves.. so can someone either show me where they can manually change this to Yes or give me a better way then manually going to every user and setting it to yes?

How are you doing each one manually? If in the database, you could do them all with one query.

Was going to go through Admin CP -> Click the button to enable it for each and every user.. lol seems to be only way for me really..

I'm not experienced with SQL and therefore couldn't make a query to do such a thing.. have another problem that I can't fix because I'm inexperience with SQL aswell.. could be done with a query.. but yeah.. don't know it =\
