Limit smilies

Would like to do the following:

1. Limit number of smilies, but not images, per post.
2. Limit number of smilies based on usergroup.

Sorry, there is no function to do either of those. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.
