db error while upgrading

Table 'guelphsf_forum.upgradelog' doesn't exist

I am stuck at the first stage after customer number request.

I uploaded all files to the server and the server stated all passwords and usernames are correct. can anyone suggest a solution for this?

What is the last table in the database and what did you do prior to attempting this upgrade. Did you backup and restore the db?
