I cant seem to get animated avatars to work. I'm running VB 3.7.1
I have the Usergroup setting set to allow animated avatars. what do I need to do?

when users upload animated avatar, the avatar does not have any moves. whats the problem and how can i resolve it?Tue 5 Jun '18, 2:51pm -

So I just want to mention the following
1. Usergroups have Animated Avatars enabled
2. Gif Avatars used are smaller than the limit both in pixels and file...Fri 30 Aug '19, 11:41am
