Since I upgraded to 3.7x the separators for numbers in post counts etc have been switched around. i.e. the 'thousand' separator is now a '.' instead of a comma and where there SHOULD be a '.' there is a comma. Where can I fix this?

Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Language Manager -> Edit Settings -> Decimal Separator and Thousands Separator
