Losing View New Posts

OK, a small problem...

I seem to have an issue where if users log onto my forum and then do anything they lose their new posts since last visit.

EG: Today I logged on, posted a new thread and when I clicked on view new posts everything that had been posted since I last logged on was missing.

Any clues anyone?

vBulletin Options -> General Settings.

Set Thread/Forum Read Marking Type to: Database (automatic forum marking).
