Reported Post Thread Template / Format. Where can I change it?

I was using the mod from vb.org, and was happy to see this is finally packaged with 3.7, but the format is a little off.

The way it is, it reads:
User Name of Reporter has reported a post.

    Reason:
    Testing....
    Post: Thread Title
Forum: Make a Suggestion or Report a Problem Here
    Assigned Moderators: N/A

    Original Content:

And the original post goes here
    Here's the problem:
    • I don't think we need the "User Name of Reporter has reported a post." because that's already in the post bit.
    • The reported post should go BEFORE the reason, because that's just backwards. The reason doesn't mean anything, without first knowing what they're talking about.
    • Forum and Moderators could really go anywhere, but I think those would be best at the top of the post.

Where can I make these changes in a template, until it gets fixed in the next release?

So in a perfect vWorld, it would read:

    Post: Thread Title
Forum: Make a Suggestion or Report a Problem Here
    Assigned Moderators: N/A

Posted by: Poster who made naughty post
    Original Content:

And the original post goes here
    Reason:
    Testing....

It's in a phrase called "reportpost_newthread" You can modify the order of things and what is in the notice in that phrase.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.
