Missing options

If the files weren't uploaded properly, you would have to re-upload the files.

I am missing
-Reputation Display in Profiles - on/off
-Reputation Display in Profiles - Number of Comments
-Reputation Display in Profiles - Allowed Groups
-Reputation Display in Profiles - Groups allowed to see raters.

I am missing other options, as well as options in the usergroup permissions.

What would cause this to happen? If files werent uploaded properly, which templates would I have to update?

Is there a list of what options are supposed to be available here, I have-
"Reputation Display in Profiles - Number of Comments" but none of the other 3 mentioned above?
