Marking a thread solved?

I have just added a prefix for all the forums using the word Solved in each of the forums i have checked the prefix checkbox and the radio button for prefix required but the Solved isn't appearing anywhere?

I have only just purchased the software so still feeling my way around but this seems simple but i can't get it to work any ideas?

Adding that prefix does not automatically add it to existing threads.

You are going to have to edit each post manually or you can use this modification:

Thanks for the replies!, i was hoping that using prefix would allow the user to mark their thread solved from the forum tools dropdown,

If this isn't the case i'll have to install the mod, thanks for the info.
