Run a RSS cron

I wish to run the RSS cron manually because I don't have enough traffic yet for it to run consistently. Therefore can I setup a CRON to run in CPanel?

I'm confused as to what the CRON command line should be? Here's what I have so far but it doesn't work.

php /home/mysite/public_html/admincp/cronadmin.php?do=runcron&varname=rssposter.php

Any Suggestions so it will work and run the rssposter?

If your computer is normally on, open a browser window and go to Who's Online on your site. Minimise the window and forget about it. The regular refreshing of the page will keep all vBulletin scheduled tasks running including your RSS Poster.
