Spacing

Ok, This is what I am trying to find out.

Is there away to add spacing between Characters in a post?

Example:

• Reg users ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,0 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,1 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,1

Now say I did not have the Comma's in there and I Hit Submit It would look like this:

• Reg 1 2 3

I want it to be able to control the spacing.
