Redirect forum : Some help needed...

    Hi All,

I have a 'Redirect' forum (anyone clicking the forum link to be redirected to the given URL).

Obviously there will not be any posts made in that forum.
So, Last Post, Threads, Posts shows as -

It appears as if this is an empty forum section where no content is posted.

So I want to tweak the display of the 'Redirect' forum on the home page.

Is there any <if> code bit that denotes a forum is a 'Redirect' forum ?

What is the style bit that I can edit to change the display ?

    Please help !

Note: I know this requires a modification. I like to know if someone has done this or knows that code bit where it can be done.

The 'Forum Status Icon Image' denotes that forum as being a redirect link. You can information into forum description and this will help your members decide if they wish to leave to see where this link goes.

To find out what template is spitting out that code - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Nick is right - vb.org is where we are supposed to help with modifying code. If noone responded to your post, wait 24 hours and then bump. We try to get to them all, but we sometimes miss some.
