Is this Vbulletin or my server?

When posting a new post, Im getting a LOT of 'loading' time, then 'connection has timed out or site isnt responding' messages. On the bottom it says 'Waiting for blahblah.com ' and even when I log into my vbulletin admin, its taking forever.

Is this a server issue or a lag in vbulletin software.

FYI: Im running with Blue Host right now.

That's either the server or your Internet connection.

Hmm, internet connection is fine. Every other site loads lightning fast

How hard a process is it to switch servers?

Note: The only reliable method of backing up and restoring a database is with shell access via telnet or ssh. This is because backing up with a PHP script like that in the Admin CP or phpMyAdmin can result in PHP timeouts errors and an incomplete backup file. Please see the instructions here:
