How can i use empty spots for usernames?

Hey.
So, Here's the deal:

I opened a new vBulletin site, and then i opened some users for trial.
after a while, b4 opening my forum for the world, i deleted those useres.
Now, when someone is sign up for my site, he is not user-id num 2 but 5 (i had 3 useres 2 3 and 4).
How can i make vb make the next registration on those empty spots?

That is normal. Userids (along with postids, threadids, etc.) are auto-incremented and not reused.

Not without significant changes to the vB code. I strongly recommend not doing that since you will likely break vB in the process.
