Making a paid forum

I would like to make a paid forum. Is there a way so that visitors can make a payment first and then register on the forum?

I am using the paid subscription feature in vBulletin however when people click on the i.e. http://www.myforum.com/payments.php it requires them to register.

There is no built-in option for users to sign up for subscriptions during registration. This option is only available in their User CP after they've complete their registration.

What you can do is limit the 'Registered' usergroup to view just one Announcement forum (through Usergroup and Forum Permissions) and post the subscription options in that forum. Then close it to new posts.
