+ Next To Name

I'm sure I saw mention of this somewhere and now I can't find it, and apologies if its to do with a mod (colour groups mod)
I've just noticed that my fellow admin had a + next to her name, why is this and is it to do with the mod I added? (in which case I'll ask there)

It means the user is on your Friends or Contacts list.
