    Maybe I'm Just An Idiot...

    Sorry if this is a horrible question... I searched first but did not find an answer so I decided to post this...

    I have created an Administrator account and have uploaded an avatar image. I then go to the forum and create a new thread and make some test posts with that same account.

    When I view these posts it says "Guest" under the username. You can click the username and see the profile page and it clearly says "Administrator." I also notice the avatar photo does not show up when viewing the inside of a thread -- i.e. no photo shows next to the username when indeed the account created one.

    I guess I'm just baffled as to why a post from an Administrator account is showing as "Guest" under the username yet clicking the username shows the person is an admin.

    Any help would be *sincerely* appreciated it. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure this sucker out.

    If the username in the post is linked then it isn't a guest. Maybe that is a title or rank you have specified:

    Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> User Title

    Admin CP -> User Titles

    Admin CP -> User Ranks

      As for the avatar, make sure they have permission:

      Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> Can Upload Custom Avatars
