Embedding problem

hi guys

i was wandering how you can embed certain things in a forum page.

I have a mod that lets you do popular one's like youtube and stuff but how can i use the links that site say embedded.

Like the link in this page http://www.fugly.com/media/view.php?...WNLOADS&id=709

You would need custom programming to enable that site to be used. There may be an addon at www.vBulletin.org that can help with this.
