Find & Replace within db in phpMyAdmin

I'd like to change a word in several different tables in my database.

Can someone please tell me how to perform a find and replace within phpMyAdmin?

For example, in my database I want to run a query to FIND domain.com/boards and REPLACE with domain.com/forum using phpMyAdmin.

This is quite urgent.

You can run similar queries on other tables depending on exactly what you want to change.
