How long before I can download?

I just bought renewal and blog how long before I can download the software, as I did it about 20 minutes ago and thought it would have been right away?

Should be soon enough, if you paid with a CC it takes a little while for us to process it. If it was paypal it should be instant. If you used paypal but had to use funds via your bank account it is an e-check and will take up to 5 business days to clear.
