    Eitherway, it doesn't matter. You can directly edit the config.php from your webserver by right clicking on the config.php file and click 'Edit'.

    Make sure you did it correctly.

    Ensure you have permissions to execute/run SQL Queries by editing the */includes/config.php file and change X to your user ID.

    // See the above entries for more information on the format.
    // Please note that the ability to run queries is quite powerful. You may wish

    $canrunqueries = '[b][COLOR=Red]X[/COLOR][/b]';
    When uploading the updated config file, ensure you are overwriting the one on the server.

    hello i edited the config.php file i change the can run queries to the admin user id i upload back to folder. i go to maintance run querie and i still comes up with you dont have permisson. please help
