I see no forum status images

I cant see the forum status images,
i set in forum manager:
Prefix for Forum Status Images : 17

then i created the files in images/statusicon

17_link.gif
17_newpost.gif
and so on..
but i dont see the forum category..

what is wrong?

Remove the _ from your image names or add it to your prefix.

I did, but still same results.. no image in my forum list.

I have 17link.gif in /images/statusicon

then i set Prefix for Forum Status Images : 17

then i rebuild forum information..

but still no image..

You'll need to open a support ticket because we need to have access to the admin CP and FTP in order to see what is going on.

I cant give ftp access, because i use the office server.. no way to enter from outside..

but le me understand

if i insert as forum status image: 17_

then i have to create
17_old.gif
17_link.gif
17_new.gif
etc..
in forum/images/statusicon

is this right?

I had a mod installed but now i uninstalled it.
the mod was:

That modification is for version 3.5.

The instructions say to modify this template : forumhome_forumbit_level1_post template as well as another one.

This function is already in version 3.7 out of the box.

but seems still installed?
