Adding Priority Support

I keep adding a new email address so A co-admin of mine can access vbulletin.org, but he still is unable to access even though I've added his email address that he registered there.

Any help?

Make sure you have the email address right, then wait an hour. I think it's updated on an hourly basis.

Also make sure that the checkbox for vBulletin.org is selected. It isn't by default.

The end-user will also need to make sure that his account is activated at vBulletin.org. Accounts that haven't been activated via the emailed link will never be promoted to licensed status.
