    Forum URL + Forum_new and Forum_old images - Help

    Hey,

Well on my Forum URL I have it as sitename.com/index.php, but if I click the 'Forum Home Page' it goes to /forum.php (which I edited a file, once).

I've come here to see if any of you would be able to help me in my situation, thanks.

My second problem, when there is a new post, and you post in the thread and click the banner, the forum_new.gif image is still showing, and to get it to go away you have to click the forum, clicking the thread will still show forum_new.gif. I'm not sure if this problem is related to the above.

So if anybody could help, it would be a great help. Thanks

First, remove /index.php from the URL specified in vBulletin Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details.

Second go to vBulletin Options -> Forum Home Page Options and change the name of your forum index to index instead of forum.

For your other problem, go to vBulletin Options -> General Settings and set the Read Marking Type to Database (Automatic Forum Marking).

      Worked perfectly, thanks a lot!
