Thread headers

Hi everyone. When people reply to posts in my forum the thread header is not copied and the field is blank unless you manually enter a header. I'm sure I am missing a setting in the admin panel. How do I fix the forum so post titles are included in replies?

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Automatically Quote Post / Thread Title -> "Yes".

I believe that is what you are referring to...?
