Human Verification Image is not visible

After moving my site to a new server and domain I noticed that my registration was down, then I tried to register myself and saw that you could not see the human verification image. Where is this located? Is it on the database or in an image file and how do I get it working again.

# Re-upload *.TTF files to your images/regimage/fonts directory (still not working)
# Request your host to support full GD and Freetype 2 on that server.
# Use Human Verification Admin CP > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > Human Verification Manager - Question and Answer or Recaptcha until support given.
