How do I do this?

I have vbadvanced as my homepage, and my forums in the root/forums/ directory. I want to make custom content pages, outside of the forums directory (such as "mysite.com/content/stuff.php"), but using the forums skin. How would I allow a page outside of the forums, to use code or templates from the forums directory?

EDIT: I could have just said this a lot easier: I want to make the pages on my website use the style from the forums in the same way that vbulletin.com does. Like having all the custom content on the right for different pages, use the same style the user is using.

I believe there's a mod over at vbulletin.org made just for this.
