Polls are not working.

My polls are messed up.

One poll I made showed the redirection but then it brought me back to the forum and never showed up.

Then directly after I tried again and it worked but when I voted it brought me to the results of a totally different thread/poll.

The third time I tried it the thread was made but when I voted it said this poll is closed.

I'm not sure if this has to do with me moving my database to a new forum on a new server or maybe even me trying to fix my account by uploading the files in ASCII format.

That is a problem with your unique indexes. You need to use a program like phpmyadmin to examine your thread table. Find out the highest used pollid in the thread table. Then edit the autoincrement value on the poll table to be higher than that number. That will prevent further overlaps, but there is no easy way to fix the existing overlaps.
