Recently updated to 3.7.x from 3.6.x and image vericiation is broken

Hello, I recently updated from 3.6.x to 3.7.x and the image verification table from the Registration process is missing, but the registry still requires it.

When you go to register it says the letters you entered don't match the image, yet there is no image or any spot at all to enter in this data.

Any thoughts?

Solved by doing a search for $imagereg and adding Add $human_verify below it
