An issue of membership Sequence Number

I just started my forum. so as to test that the styles and all access previliges are working correctly i created the second member (Member ID 2) when i finished all the tests i deleted the member. so the membership no 2 should be available to the next person registering. But no the next person registered has been given membership no 3 and skipped number 2. Can this be fixed in a way that if i delete a member all the membership sequence after him will be adjusted automatically one number for example(10 becomes 9 and 9 becomes 8 and so on)

That is normal. Userids are autoincremented and not reused.

I understand it is normal and a lot of people warned not to do it if i have found a way because it could cause errors in the database if the members have posted threads but i want to try because i only have 4 members and i could tell them to register again and delete all the threads

It doesn't cause errors in the database. It's just fine how it is.

If what you are asking were to happen, then many links would be broken, such as profile URLs and links to add-ons that use User Id's.

Thanks for correcting me. but i still want a way if it exists to apply what i want in a forum which is explained above
